The story of this gorgeous bitch named ANA, who was rescued together with her companions OTTO and
DIVA was rescued, is once again shocking and painful and impossible to understand.

ANA and her canine friends were seized by the relevant authorities after it was discovered what cruel conditions these poor animals had to "live" in
The situation that the Guardia Civil officers found when they picked up the animals - and with the consent of their owner - was very sad, because the officers saw dogs whose eyes were empty and their bodies so weak that they could not even stand up.
Faced with this real evidence of the abandonment of the animals, the owner himself declared that they were The poor dogs suffered from hunger and thirst - there was nothing to eat and the water was undrinkable.
They had to be carried to the shelter because they did not even have the strength to lift their heads. Once they arrived at the shelter, they were provided with all the necessities that dogs need: fresh water, nutritious food, dog beds, and blankets to keep warm.
All the volunteers and staff who saw the dogs arrive at the shelter were shocked and could hardly believe what they saw. Many thought that some of them would not survive the first night.
But not Ana -> Ana - maybe because she is the youngest of the three - had the most strength and spirits and dared to approach strangers from the first day. For the first time she received petting, good food, enough water and she could enjoy this from the first moment.
As the days went by, Ana thawed out more and more and also found pleasure in interacting with her dog buddies - who are in the shelter - playing with them and leaving the situation of being abandoned and forgotten behind.

ANA has become a real beauty, with the big eyes of a naughty girl, but also so shy. She enjoys running around carefree with the doggy buddies in the courtyard and happily wags her tail when the staff/volunteers come to the kennels
The first walk on the leash and especially the first time being outside in nature Ana found scary at first, because there were so many smells, colors and other animals to perceive. After the first nervousness had settled, ANA relaxed and some great photos could be taken.

ANA arrived as a scared and abandoned bitch who still showed a glimmer of hope in her eyes.
