BOBY has all the required vaccinations and is free of parasites, which means he can pack his suitcase and travel immediately. He is a small dog and ideal for keeping in an apartment.
His sad history is the recurring same story of abandoned dogs and here the consequence and whim of a child. BOBY was simply abandoned on the street, regardless of the fact that for him the love of a family is the most important thing in his life.
One day, friends of our association called, they had found a dog about 4 km from Calatayud and wanted to know what they could do for him. We drove there right away and found out that it was a well groomed dog, but without a chip. Luckily we found a foster home where Boby was together with dogs and cats, but when the woman didn't pay attention for a moment, Boby disappeared over the catwalk into the open on the street.
We spent a whole day looking for him, also through the media. A woman reported that she had found the dog and would like to keep him, but the landlord does not tolerate a second dog. We asked the woman to bring him to our veterinarian, which she did. When the veterinarian called us, we were very surprised because he told us that the woman who gave Boby away was also the owner. She came to his clinic several times and asked him to take Boby or to find someone who would like to have him, which Adrián our veterinarian refused.
For us it was clear that he would not be returned to where he was not wanted, although the law requires that he be returned. We knew that he would be released the next day and so we kept BOBY.
BOBY is an active, intelligent, cheerful and humane dog. Everything he sees he wants to explore. Unfortunately he was never taught the basic rules a dog should know. Boby gets on well with all his conspecifics, no matter if female or male. He loves to roll around in fresh grass, likes to play with dogs and children, but he doesn't like it if the game takes too long. Maybe it's because of the children of his previous home, who certainly didn't treat him very affectionately.
There is a small problem to mention, Bobi's lower jaw is a little bit protruding, but hardly noticeable. There are no problems with eating.
BOBY needs a loving family who will let him feel what it means to be another family member, to go for walks with him and to sniff his dog magazine and that he will never be abandoned again.
Who would like to give this pretty boy and sweetheart a second chance?
A home where he is loved and where he can stay forever and never has to leave again? BOBY will thank it with all his love.
