Gala and her dog friend Spot both lived together in the northern Spanish village of Ginestar with an older man. Unfortunately, he was no longer able to take care of himself, let alone the two dogs. Gala and Spot therefore walked around their surroundings alone, emaciated and full of ticks.
An animal-loving young man didn't look away, took care of the dogs and took the pair of dogs to the vet for initial care. It also became apparent that Gala and Spot were plagued by an internally evil parasitic worm infestation.
Since the finder with his heart in the right place cannot keep them both, he handed Gala and Spot into the care of the CanFlix y Ampare animal shelter.
Even though it is a big challenge, we would like Gala and Spot to be arranged together if possible. They don't know life without each other. Our experience also shows that two dogs bring twice the joy and only require slightly more effort than a two-legged friend 😉
Gala is a very reserved dog and always sticks to her partner Spot. When Spot feels safe and trusts people, she does so too.
