Spot and his dog friend Gala both lived together in the northern Spanish village of Ginestar with an older man. Unfortunately, he was no longer able to take care of himself, let alone the two dogs. Spot and Gala therefore walked around their surroundings alone, emaciated and full of ticks.
An animal-loving young man didn't look away, took care of the dogs and took the pair of dogs to the vet for initial care. It also became apparent that Spot and Gala were plagued by an internally evil parasitic worm infestation. Unfortunately, a blood test revealed that Spot was infected with the tick disease anaplasmosis, but this was cured by administering antibiotics.
Since the finder with his heart in the right place cannot keep them both, he handed Spot and Gala into the care of the CanFlix y Ampare animal shelter.
Even though it is a big challenge, we would like the spot and gala to be arranged together if possible. They don't know life without each other. Our experience also shows that two dogs bring twice the joy and only require slightly more effort than a two-legged friend 😉
Spot is a very open-minded and affectionate male dog. He loves to be petted and helps Gala overcome obstacles as a rock.
